Mystara

The City of the Gods is mentioned in the Gazetteer - it presence in WOG predates the Mystara setting by some years, design wise. Like Keep of the Borderlands it might have been meant to be reckoned from one setting to the other - the Keep belongs in Mystra, but later was moved to the WOG.
Or , true to both settings, the Black Moor civilization gate traveled to Greyhawk, or broke up - the temple of the FROG exist in Greyhawk, and later Mystra - alternate version of the same event in an alternate plane perhaps?
Robliar and the classic Greyhawk charters have adventured in the City of the Gods in WOG.
Perhaps Blackmoor is just a portal to the same place, since Blackmoor city of the gods does not EXIST in the Mystara time line.
OR perhaps WOG takes place in the past of Mystara, they DID share the same map (both are maps of North America -altered) so perhaps the explosion of Black moor (and rise) is in the future of WOG and 3000 years in the past of Mystara.
Of course this is NOT true in the Spelljammer universe UNLESS crystal Spheres can be time jumps from one era to another (perfectly possible, just not well known.)
These issues of the 3 Blackmoors have been discussed before.
